Office Tour, 3-25-25, frame rate issue update

Looks like the video frame rate issue will be a recurring problem that I’ll need to shift between Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve with. The notice that pops up as a window failed to appear in DaVinci this time, after an update, but did so this time in Premiere. These were with a video clip that I imported from my cellphone where I shifted mid-video from forward-view to selfie perspective several times. I don’t know. I wish there were a tech support number I could call for expert advice, honestly. I’d pay for that service.
